FISIOLAB&SPORT is the human performance assessment and optimisation lab set up within FISIO&SPORT, a multi-specialist physiotherapy centre in Massagno.
On-site assessments cover strength, endurance, posture and mobility, body composition and water balance, together with physiological parameters such as VO₂max, lactate threshold and HRV.
Remote monitoring is added on top: telemetry and biosensors transmit data continuously, so that training, recovery and therapy are calibrated on real measurements rather than on an isolated snapshot.
The same data stream supports rehabilitation work, tracking oedema, hydration and response to treatment from a distance; the Humanyzer method comes out of the collaboration between FISIO&SPORT, SIATI and PER4MANCE.
