SIATI acts as a technology partner and general contractor for complex programmes in defence, security and advanced healthcare, taking the role of single point of contact towards the institutional or industrial client, across several countries.
The model brings together applied research, systems engineering, digital infrastructure and operational capability, and turns strategic requirements into working, certifiable solutions.
Defence and security
We build complete ecosystems: secure networks, sovereign cloud, data platforms, command centres, cybersecurity, telecommunications and unmanned systems — with resilience, segregation and operational continuity in mind.
Advanced healthcare
We integrate medical devices, digital platforms and infrastructure to enable telemedicine, advanced rehabilitation, remote monitoring and clinical continuity, with data protection and operational reliability. Liberty MedTech is one of the projects we are involved in.
Sovereign architectures
IT architectures are designed as sovereign, segregated environments, suitable both for healthcare settings and for sensitive national security information.
The institute governs a network of specialised, complementary operators — cloud, data centres, telecommunications, IT security, logistics and field support — as a single certifiable system, with an approach that cuts across sectors.
For the end client this means one contract, one governance, one responsibility.

This is not a statement of principle: it rests on some 35 years of activity by the members and their respective operating companies, documented in the main media and confirmed by the clients and institutions the institute works with, many of them Tier 1.
